How Could You Benefit from These Practice Sessions?

These practice sessions are a wonderful opportunity to become introspective and review your life and interactions for the last days, weeks, months, years ... And see, for example:
  • Is there anything you would have liked to say differently to someone?
  • Has there been a conflict that weighs on you, and you'd like to understand how you could have brought more harmony to this situation?
  • Were you saying "yes" to too many things, and you'd like to practice how to say "no" in a loving way?
  • Or maybe you have an important yet difficult conversation ahead and you'd like to rehearse for it?
  • Have there been ocassions you missed to express your heartfelt gratitude to someone important to you?
  • Would you like to get more clarity and gain deeper understanding of some key concepts of EC process?
  • etc ...

These are just a few possible scenarios we could work on to get better together.

Additionally, we find it incredibly rewarding to share our joys and struggles in the community of like-minded souls.

Beside becoming more proficient in ENVC and integrating it to you life, these connections foster a sense of togetherness and belonging that's inspiring, uplifting and comforting. Having a supportive network providing warmth and encouragement in times of difficulty can make all the difference.

By coming together, we create heartfelt connections that enrich our lives and help us navigate our daily challenges.

Whether celebrating our successes, seeking support during tough times, or simply longing to be heard by our hearts' content, these relationships remind us that we’re not alone, and they nourish our hearts, especially on rainy days.
