Warm welcome, dear Spirit Soul!
We are shifting from a market based approach to one rooted in compassionate giving and receiving, and we warmly invite you to reciprocate for our service as an expression of love, gratitude, and the joy of contributing to one another’s lives. Inspired by Śrīmad Bhāgavatam, Nectar of Instruction, and Marshall Rosenberg’s Nonviolent Communication, we see giving not as business, but as loving exchange among people. We offer our services as a heartfelt gift, so that Empathic Nonviolent Communication can be accessible to people, regardless of financial means. Like Marshall Rosenberg teaches, true giving arises from joy and a desire to contribute—not obligation or expectation. Money, when given freely, becomes a means to meet needs and support meaningful connection. The śāstra also affirms this: guru-dakṣiṇā offered in gratitude helps us internalize wisdom and deepens the bond between teacher and student. As Śrīla Rūpa Gosvāmī says in Nectar of Instruction (Text 4), loving exchanges include giving and receiving gifts, sharing the heart, and honoring each other. This is the foundation of relationships based on love and trust. All we offer is by the mercy of Krishna and the blessings of our teachers. Your contribution helps sustain and expand this service within the ISKCON family—as we grow together in compassion and devotion. |
In this way, we complete the cycle of loving exchange: sharing and receiving knowledge, acquiring skills, and drawing inspiration from our collective journey together. We acknowledge that this approach may be new and unfamiliar to you, so if you need clarification, please don't hesitate to reach out to us: veedakultuur(at)gmail.com |
