Loving Exchange
Instead of Charges, Payments, Calculations of Worth ...

Welcome, Dear Spirit Soul, to this journey of exploring the gifts of Empathic Nonviolent Communication (ENVC) with us! It begins right here, right now—on the sacred path of connection and compassion.

We are inviting you to a deeply meaningful transition from Domination culture to the  Life-serving one by shifting from a market-based approach to one rooted in compassionate giving and receiving.

Within a Life-serving culture, we view money as a way to support meaningful work—guided by the questions, “What would you like to receive?” or "Would you be willing to give ..." rather than “How much do you charge?”

We offer our services as part of a Life-serving culture, a culture of loving exchanges—freely giving and gratefully receiving of Lakshmi (money) as charitable gift. By embracing this approach, our intention is to help revive and inspire a spirit of generosity and connection, moving away from fixed fees, transactions, and calculations of worth.

Dear Participant,
Here is our humble rquest to you: "Would you be willing to give us donation
 as your joyful voluntary gift?"

Your donation will help us continue sharing Empathic Nonviolent Communication with the ISKCON family worldwide.

To help us manage the course smoothly, we kindly ask that you register yourself below and send your donation latest by Friday, January 9, 2026.

Your place will be confirmed once we receive your donation.

Srila Prabhupada states in The Nectar of Instructions
that our movement progresses Because of Loving  Relationships.

With joy in our hearts, we warmly welcome you, dear like-minded soul!

Though we may be like-minded, each of us is unique—shaped by our own individuality, life experiences, talents, and aspirations. Like flowers in a vibrant bouquet, we each bring a distinct fragrance and color that enriches our relationships and communities.

The aim of this course is to nurture acceptance and appreciation for the beauty of our diversity, and to inspire the interpersonal work of harmonizing relationships so that these will be based on love and trust even in trying circumstances. In doing so, we hope to foster greater harmony and joyful cooperation in our relationships, our communities, and the world.

Warm welcome!

For whom?

This course is for you if you've completed Seeking Harmony #101 and are eager to deepen your ENVC skills and awareness, with a focus on interpersonal relationships.

We are warmly welocoming you to this rare opportunity to learn and practice ENVC in a warm, supportive community, while integrating it into your daily life with the support of practice buddies.

We ask you to carefully read the Participation Agreement below before you join.

How?

This intermediate Empathic Nonviolent Communication (NVC) training builds upon a foundational understanding of ENVC principles and aims to deepen your skills in applying them to various life situations. In this training we focus on interpersonal relationships and refining your ability to empathize, express yourself clearly, and navigate conflicts more effectively.

This training is a highly interactive and engaging hands-on experience. For our collective learning to be as impactful as possible, we kindly request that you have your camera on during the sessions. This helps us connect more authentically with one another and creates a supportive, lively environment. It’s an important part of the process, as this is not a theoretical or passive course, but a space for active participation and heartfelt interactions.

Additionally to ten weekly online sessions, you'll need to spend 1-2 hours a week on individual practice and buddy meetings.

As our experience shows, the buddy practice is one of the most powerful components of this training. It ensures that all participants have opportunities for mutual contribution, community building, relationship development, hands-on practice, integration, empathy, healing, and applying ENVC in their life.

Practice buddies support each other by staying connected, inspired, and encouraged throughout the course. This fosters a collaborative spirit, mutual empowerment, and creates strong opportunities for deep bonding and lasting support that can extend well beyond the training itself.

Since your involvement in the buddy practice sessions influences not only your own experience but also that of others, we kindly ask that you make a committed effort to stay regularly engaged throughout the training.

Session layout:

Each weekly session is 2 hours and includes:
  • Check-in, grounding
  • Previous session review and home practice sharing
  • Introduction to a new concept, discussion, questions & answers
  • Demo and partnered practice in small groups
  • Harvesting the realizations from practice
  • Q&A
  • Suggestions for weekly homework & buddy practice between the sessions
