Our Goal with this Course

Every single part and parcel of Krishna is a beautiful, unique, sparkling individual. There are no two completely similar souls in the whole of creation. Most likely, you have also experienced this diversity and the fact that we are all so DIFFERENT. Due to our differences misunderstandings and disagreements are inevitable, especially in Kali yuga, the current day and age. However, what separates healthy relationships from dysfunctional ones is the ability to transform the conflicts into harmonious collaboration. Our humble desire with this course is to contribute to awareness of the beauty of diversity and inspire finding ways to harmonise differences within and without for blissful cooperation and joyful life filled with love and devotion. |

For the first three sessions we will meet every week to build connection and a shared base of learning. After the first three weeks we continue with sessions on every second or third week, with a bonus Drop-in Practice Session options on last Sundays every month (except July).
All sessions will be recorded, so that participants who are unable to join a particular session, will be able to watch the recordings. Recordings remain available throughout the program.

For whom?
This course is meant for people who are longing for more harmony within themselves as well as in their relationships: whether new to Empathic Communication (EC), or wanting to deepen their EC skills and consciousness. It is a wonderful opportunity to dive into learning and practicing EC in a warm, supportive community, as well as integrating it into your daily life with the support of practice buddy.

How?
In this course, we will combine the key concepts, consciousness, and skills of the empathic communication with group discussions, demonstrations, and skill practice in small groups. Additional to that you'll need to spend 1-2 hours a week on home task and buddy practice between the sessions.
As our experience shows, the buddy practice is one of the most powerful components of this course. It ensures that all participants have opportunities for mutual contribution, community building, relationship development, hands-on practice, integration, empathy, healing, and applying EC in your life.
Practice buddies support each other by staying connected, inspired, and encouraged throughout the course. This fosters a collaborative spirit, mutual empowerment, and creates strong opportunities for deep bonding and lasting support that can extend well beyond the course itself.
Since your involvement in the buddy practice sessions influences not only your own experience but also that of others, we kindly ask that you make a committed effort to stay regularly engaged throughout the program.

- Introduction to a new concept, discussion, questions & answers
- Demo and partnered practice in small groups
- Harvesting the realizations from practice

- Suggestions for weekly homework & buddy practice between the sessions

- cultivating awareness of intention, and attention;
- needs at the core of everything people do or say;
- self-warmth, and compassionate understanding of ourselves, especially, when we suffer, fail, or feel inadequate;
- exploring what blocks our self-compassion and connection with others;
- reaction or response - choosing how we hear and respond to difficult messages;
- mediating between our conflicting inner voices for the sake of harmony within;
- honest introspection and it's role in our (spiritual) life;
- requesting what we need without guilt, shame, or demands;
- transforming judgments and demands into compassionate connection;
- nurturing ourselves and others through genuine appreciation
