Is Empathic Nonviolent Communication (ENVC) for You?

Picture

Welcome, dear Spirit Soul!

It's Madhuri Radhika here.
I am so glad you dropped by!

Practicing Empathic Nonviolent Communication has transformed myself, my life, my relationships, and I am filled with joy as I look forward to sharing the richness of this incredible process with you.

Myself and my good husband, we two have been behind this website so far. And now I am delighted to share that four amazing souls have joined our ENVC team. I celebrate our sweet collaboration!

So, let's find out if our vibe resonates with you. Alright?

I came across the Nonviolent Communication (NVC) method, developed by Marshall B. Rosenberg, and had the privilege of receiving training from him about 20 years ago. Around 2008, by the devotees' mercy, I was blessed by the association of His Holiness  Bir Krishna Maharaja, who has adapted the Nonviolent Communication for the devotees as an Empathic Communication (EC).

To honor the contributions of both Marshall B. Rosenberg and HH Bir Krishna das Goswami, we refer to the process as Empathic Nonviolent Communication (ENVC).

Since 2002, I have been practicing and teaching ENVC from kindergartens to prison houses, from schools to military organisations, etc. It has tremendously changed  my relationship with myself and my near and dear ones to more heartfelt, honest, deep and meaningful.  At he same time, I discovered that eventhough the process of Empathic Nonviolent Communication is simple, beautiful, and rewarding, it's not always easy. Therefore, I'd like you to check out if ENVC might be for you and if we are a good match. You can get a glimpse of my vibe through the recorded ENVC trainings I’ve facilitated.

Glad to be at your service,
Yours Madhuri Radhika devi dasi

This Is Not for You If You Would Rather:

  • Desire Instant Solutions: Seek immediate fixes rather than gradual long-term growth.
  • Focus on Others' Change: Tend to prioritize changing others instead of looking inward.
  • Engage in Blame Dynamics: Find comfort in the cycle of blame, criticism, and judgment, both towards yourself and others.
  • Rely on External Assistance: Expect the trainer to take the lead rather than actively participating in your own growth.

  • Self-Transformation: Embracing the idea that true change begins within, recognizing you can only change yourself.
  • Being the Change: Longing to bring more kindness and compassion to your community by becoming a living example of compassionate connection and action.
  • Deep Connections: Yearning for meaningful, honest relationships and a deeper understanding of yourself and others, moving beyond superficial "Haribol"-relationships.
  • Emotional Mastery: Seeking to respond thoughtfully rather than react impulsively, transforming challenging emotions into opportunities for meaningful connection and harmonious collaboration.
  • Balanced Life: Harmonizing your life by integrating  practical living and spiritual progress, cultivating awareness of your needs, mindfulness in your choices, and mature responsibility for your words and actions.
  • Spiritual Growth: Accepting and feeling your feelings while cultivating awareness of both your material and spiritual needs, empowering you to progress on your spiritual path.

"NVC is a way of life rather than method.
It's all about discovering the language of the heart.
It is a practice available to every person,
which can help develop
a relationship with God, with oneself and with other person."
