Twice a Month, Mondays, 15:15-16:00 Stockholm time (CEST), Online via zoom
🌸Dear Reader!
I hope you are well and inspired in your life 🤗.
There will be no Sacred Journaling Space in January, February, and March 2026 🕊️
At the moment, I am focusing on the Seeking Harmony 2026 course, as well as on my own studies and practice of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) 🤍
I hope you will find ways to keep the momentum and continue journaling —either on your own or with friends 🖊️🌿-- as a way to tend to your inner world and keep seeking harmony within and without 🌍💫.
I hope to see you again in a Sacred Journaling Space on Monday, April 13, 2026, 15:15-16:00 Stockholm time (CEST),
With care and gratitude, Ys Madhuri Radhika dd
ENVC journaling has a great potential to support sincere devotees in being honest and introspective—celebrating and appreciating our God-given power and life-serving qualities while also acknowledging our anarthas (unwanted qualities) with humility and gentleness. Through this practice, we can cultivate compassion for ourselves and others as we endeavor to progress on the path of devotional service.
What's Sacred Journaling Space For?
Quiet zoom space for Empathic Nonviolent Communication (ENVC) practitioners to journal.
Meeting others in community and take time to explore your inner world.
Keeping your ENVC spirit alive. Deepening your skills and integrating these to your life.
We’ll begin with the first 15 minutes with the facilitator input and therafter we do 30 minutes quiet individual journaling. The first 15 minutes is a space for questions and guidance around ENVC journaling.
You can use the Scared Journaling Space as a Monday check-in to nourish and ground yourself, build emotional resilience, gain inner clarity, and preapare emotionally for the week ahead.
Bring your notebook and favourite pen or your computer and typing skills.
Krishna willing :), we intend to hold 'Sacred Journaling Space' twice a month on Mondays
at 3.15-4.00pm CEST (Stockholm time), which translates:
Empathic Nonviolent Communication (ENVC) journaling is a way to connect with ourselves with care and compassion. It's a practice of regularly writing that goes beyond mere note-taking. A way to engage in honestself-reflection, self-expression, and self-awareness - an intimate dialogue with oneself that provides versatile pathways to deeper understanding of ourselves, gain realizations, foster healing and transformation, and strengthen the foundation of relationships based on love and trust.
Journaling can be done in a notebook, diary, or even digitally, and can be structured or free-form.
In structured journaling we may use prompts and reflections. It's a powerful way to practice ENVC's skills, deepen understanding of concepts and integrate ENVC consciousness into our lives – through writing.
