Hi, I am Madhuri Radhika devi dasi, a face behind this compassiondrops website;) . I come originally from Estonia, and are currently residing at New-Radhakunda, Korsnäs Gard, Sweden. I am a mother of two and a grandmother of six children. I am eternally grateful to Marshall B. Rosenberg, my beloved teacher, and the founder of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) process. By Krishna's grace, I came across the NVC and began to share it online and onsite in 2002. Since 2006 I am a Certified NVC Trainer by the Center of Nonviolent Communication (CNVC). In 2008, I met His Holyness Bir Krishna Goswami, who had adapted NVC for the ISKCON devotees as an Empathic Communication (EC). Maharaja mercifully invited me to serve the devotees with Empathic Communication in his New Goloka community, North Carolina, US. Being encouraged by HH Bir Krishna Maharaja's invitation, and enriched by a sweet association with wonderful devotees in the New Goloka community, I decided to dedicate myself to serving ISKCON devotees by sharing Empathic Communication. Since then, I have been facilitating Empathic Communication courses and practice sessions online and onsite for devotees all over the globe under the care and guidance of HH Bir Krishna Maharaja and with the support of my good husband HG Janananda das. Connecting with the Hare Krishna devotees on the heart level and being at the service of my spiritual masters' desire to develop a functional “love-giving” society brings the greatest joy to my heart. Sri Radhika devi dasi
I am delighted to introduce my dear colleague, Certified Empathic Communication (EC) Trainer, Her Grace Sri Radhika devi dasi, who's clarity, depth, and integrity I so much admire. Sri Radhika Mataji lives in Napreville, US, with her good husband and two lovely sons. Beside being a wonderful wife, mom, and working on several jobs, she facilitates EC seminars and support groups for devotees from around the world. As well as teaches Nonviolent Communication professionally as the Director of Human Resources at a non-profit organization. Sri Radhika devi dasi is also a Registered Yoga Teacher and enjoys sharing yoga in a bhakti-centric framework. She homeschools their two sons, and has been involved with nurturing children in Krishna Consciousness through camps and Sunday schools. Sri Radhika also works as an Advanced Enrichment Instructor at Northwestern University in Chicago.
